Please be aware that the USA has changed its entry procedures for travellers to the USA under the Visa Waiver Program, and has introduced an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA).
From 12 January 2009 it will be mandatory for all eligible visitors to apply for a Travel Authorisation at least 72 hours in advance of travel. This form will replace the old I-94 system for entry and can be
filled in online.
